Sugar & Glow by Kendall is owned and operated by Kendall Myer Scoggins, a professional cosmetologist & sugarist in Gadsden, Alabama. Kendall has studied the latest methodologies in all areas of cosmetology and sugaring, and continues to do so. As a seasoned professional in her trade since 2018, she has become an expert in 15 minute Brazilians, full body sugaring, and brow shaping. Sugar & Glow by Kendall Policies By booking an appointment with Sugar & Glow by Kendall, you agree to the following policies. Appointment & Cancellation Policy * A valid debit or credit card is required to book an appointment. * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the appointment time will be treated as a no-show. * All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Late Policy * Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. * Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged the applicable fee. * Service times may be shortened due to late arrival. Forms * Required forms must be completed before each appointment. * Forms are sent via email and included in your booking confirmation. * If forms are not completed before your appointment, they will be completed during your appointment time, which may shorten your service. Guests & Children * Please do not bring children, family members, friends, or guests to your appointment. * Due to limited space and safety concerns, only the client receiving services may be present. Age Requirement * Bikini and buttock area services are available only to clients 18 years of age or older. Valid identification may be required. Hair Length Requirements * Please ensure you have sufficient hair growth for your scheduled service. * If you are unsure whether your hair is long enough, contact Kendall before booking at 256-490-1951 * Appointments with insufficient hair growth may be subject to a fee. Health & Safety * If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. * Clients who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced.
